The seven storey concrete frame for this project was constructed over a period of 32 weeks with a completion in April 2022. 

This scheme, based in the London 2012 Athletes Village and is a key element to masterplan of the local area brining both affordable housing along with retail and community facilities.

TRAC's package consisted of excavation, drainage, lift core and a seven storey reinforced concrete frame.
